Rotterdam, Netherlands @ Dept Agency
“The Designer Meetup Rotterdam organised by Dept & Brthrs Agency was a great success. We had about 150 people attend the meetup. Bart Van de Wiele (Adobe XD), Lisa (Studio Dumbar) and Martijn van Dam (Momkai) gave very inspiring talks. Dept Agency provided everybody with a lot of pizzas, beer, and other drinks.”

“We had another Dribbble event in Japan with some awesome Japanese designers. Our Community UUD used to hold events about UX&UI Design and this is the first time we had the honor to hold a Dribbble event. We are planing more soon!
We had almost 30 participants join us and seven of them got invitation and become a Players. We enjoyed a short talk with two Dribbblers who shared their experience with others.”

“The Brooklyn Dribbble Meetup at Prolific Interactive went extremely well! We had about 90 people from the community attend. We started out the night with beers and pizza, then went into short talks with four members of our design team. Each designer spoke for about 5 minutes on a different topic, ranging from selling design to how coding skills can enhance your work as a designer. After that, we did a quick panel Q&A with the speakers. It was a fun and educational evening, and we’re looking forward to hosting one again in the future!”

“We kicked off the event on a high note with three awesome speakers: Samuel Nudds, Fraser Davidson, and Luka Dadiani that inspired the crowd talking about their favourite Dribbble shot. We played an analogue Dribbble game to break the ice and we set up a Google Tilt Brush station for a creative full immersion in Virtual Reality. The evening continued with people sticking around to mingle and connect with peers while drinking and eating pizza.

“The First Bloomington Dribbble Meetup of 2017 was a success. A number of Indiana University HCI/d graduate students and some professional designers from around Bloomington attended the meetup at Cardinal Spirits despite the raining weather. We talked about professional career planning and developed a roadmap for creating closer ties to IU students and the local design community in 2017 through a host of events, meetups and activities aimed at helping designers realize their potential and get critical feedback.”
