I’m super glad to finally present to you this awesome project I’ve been working on for the past year. This is my first ethical app that got rewarded as such.

In Singapore, foreign workers often face many problems in finding work.

Our client decided to change this by developing an app to help migrant workers to find jobs in a secure and ethical way.

Meanwhile, employers can easily post job adds, interview people, and make jobs and salary offers. Everything is transparent and they handle the hiring process without no salary deduction or placement fee for helpers.

Migrant worker are in good hands: We Are Caring is the world's first ethical recruitment agency to secure the IRIS certification, the United Nation’s International Organisation for Migration initiative to promote ethical recruitment of migrant workers.
