I’m José Esteves, Creative Director and designer with 20+ years of experience operating at the crossroads of product and brand. Broadcasting from Lisbon, available worldwide. I design experiences that connect users to brands, where strategy and aesthetics walk hand-in-hand, and design becomes a driver of alignment, growth, and impact.
I’ve led design from both agency and in-house seats: building teams, systems, and products across Europe, the US, and beyond. I move fluidly between strategy and execution, always aligning design with real business outcomes.
