Senior Designer/Creative Lead

We are in search of a Senior Designer located in the Greater-Minneapolis area to help contribute to our growing team. Our clients include Adobe, Google, local agencies such as Zeus Jones and GoKart Labs, in addition to local and national direct clients. We are not accepting remote applicants at this time.

What you’ll contribute:

• Define the vision for the end-to-end user experience.
• Excellent visual and interface design skills utilizing design system principles.
• Knowledge of the user’s journey and usability testing.
• Experience in facilitating a constructive and collaborative work environment.
• Managing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• UX design as a foundation for interface design - we love systems thinkers.
• The foresight to work through and solve tough problems, as well as see projects through to the finish line.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, following creative processes.
• Mentorship ability: you will be paired up with a junior designer in almost all projects.

How you know you’re a great fit:

• Have 5-7 years of strong UX, Product Design, and Visual Design experience.
• Have an understanding of experience design as a foundation for interface design.
• You’re an analytical & intuitive problem solver.
• Brand creation & art direction skills are a huge plus.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, and can speak not only on the importance of design from a design perspective, but also from a business perspective.
• Experience working with or creating a powerful and robust design system.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping software (Sketch, Adobe XD/Suite, Principle, Invision).
• Bonus points for experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, animation/motion graphics, and 3D programs such as Cinema 4D and Unity.
