We are looking for a Senior Digital Art Director & Visual Designer to join our team. This is a full time role in a hybrid work environment.

Art Directors guide our team and our clients through the process and creation of design artifacts that ultimately impact the quality and perception of our clients brands. The AD crafts solutions from strategy, asks difficult questions, embraces change, pushes boundaries, and always seeks out ways to improve the message and the story.
We are looking for someone with the hunger, experience, discipline and design vocabulary to join us in creating brands that are shaping the future. This is a hands-on role for someone with the ability to visually and verbally lead projects from concept to completion. We are looking for An online portfolio that shows a mastery of the principles and practice of graphic design with an emphasis on typography, identity, layout and editorial, for digital, interactive, motion and print.

Important Skills
- 7+ Year Experience - branding, agency, client side agency, or sole proprietor
- Open minded, collaborative and divergent thinker
- Organized / systems thinker, able to demonstrate design that reflects strategy
- A can do “yes, and..” approach to problem solving
- Comfort sharing and presenting ideas with our team and clients
- Embrace principles of Human Centered Design & Design Thinking
- Experience in brand building and visual identity
- Experience in presentation design
- Experience in design for web and digital
- Digital tools including Adobe Creative Suite / Figma
- Motion experience and or front end development abilities important
