For Knight Frank, the iconography needed to feel elegant, restrained and highly functional, supporting a premium real estate brand across a large-scale editorial system.The icons were designed to work seamlessly across more than 2,000 pages of content for a 15-area guide, helping readers navigate complex information with clarity and consistency.Each icon had to balance luxury with utility, using refined linework, simple geometry and a minimal visual language that felt aligned with Knight Frank’s established brand world.The system was built to support key lifestyle, property, transport, education and neighbourhood themes, giving each area guide a clear visual rhythm without overpowering the photography, data or editorial content.
