Cassandra

My Name is Cassandra Kasinger.

I live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and I am a current Graphic Design student at Oklahoma State University's Institute of Technology.

Growing up, I naturally gravitated toward creativity, but I never dreamed I could make a career out of it.

As a child, I always played around on my grandmother's computer, dabbling with the paint app using my imagination to be creative. But, at the time, I didn't know that there were jobs that involved designing.

My love for design began as interior design. At the age of sixteen, I worked at a retail store where we had competitions on who had set up the best clothing and jewelry display. I had to be creative because you could only use the provided display items. Most were old and worn, but we made it work.

It wasn't until right before I turned eighteen that I was offered a job at Rocket Designs in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, an embroidery and wrap shop owned by a husband and wife. Rocket Designs is where I learned so much about Graphic Design. I'
