Minneapolis, MN @ Malley Design
“We teamed up with Malley Design to put together the 3rd Minnesota Dribbble Meetup! We started the night out at Malley Design with a brief introduction from Bryan Malley about what they do and how they use Dribbble. We wrapped up the first part of the night with business card drawing for posters from Malley Design and Tina Floersch. From there, the group transitioned down the street to 612Brew for brews, networking, and another business card drawing for a chance to win 1 of 3 Sketch App licenses! We had an estimated group of 40 attendees by the end of the night, it was a huge success and there was already talk of excitement for the next one!

Zagreb, Croatia @ Degordian
“Zagreb Dribbble Meetup took place at our cozy office at Degordian. Around 100 attendees came to listen to great and inspiring talks from Mario Šestak of (Degordian), Fran Mubrin of 404 Agency and Ivan Bjelajac of Bien. Thanks to our sponsor Sketch we had the opportunity to give away Sketch licenses to some of our lucky attendees. We continued the Meetup in a casual atmosphere with food, drinks, and good music. Big thanks to Dribbble, Sketch, and Ožujsko for sponsoring this meetup and providing some awesome swag for attendees. We had a great time and we are hoping to host more Meetups in the future.”

“Our February Meetup was such an awesome one. Mariana Luna, Product & Interaction Designer, talked about the importance of “working freakin’ harder” everyday, as well as the Design Process that goes into building digital projects.
We then had a pretty cool discussion section in which we talked about the challenges of innovating and going all-in in a country which is just catching up on the digital revolution, where corporate bosses are really hard to convince without a ‘tangible’ design, and folks are still expecting the final touchpoint to be a physical location. Do we have the clients we deserve? Have we, by not pushing it ‘harder, better, faster’ each time, built a comfort zone which has now become a wall? Mariana thought we do and we have, but that only we can bring it down by taking our designs seriously. Like SERIOUSLY seriously. Overall we had a pretty nice evening at Centraal, our incredible hosts, who provided beer, snacks and pizza (because pizza, obviously).”
Orlando, FL @ Big Vision
“Our friends at Big Vision hosted our community this month at their beautiful Downtown office where Nick Walsh, Design Director and Front-End Developer at Envy Labs, shared his process building SVG animations using CodePen.ioand other of his go-to JavaScript libraries.
We enjoyed pizza and refreshments thanks to AIGA Orlando and closed the evening with a Sketch App license raffle and lots of networking.

“Our Dribbble Meetup was a total success! We had 70 attendees at Liferay HQ. I gave a brief speech explaining this was the first Dribbble Meetup in Madrid, and we had the opportunity to create our own community by putting Post-Its with ideas about what this community can do in a draw of a basket board, activities, talks, meetups, etc.”

“We had such a splendid experience at Webkul as more than 30+ Designers joined the Noida Dribbble Meetup. Designers were seriously enthusiastic and participated beyond all expectations. We had many fun activities at the event including:
- Paper Scrap - Designers from different teams curated material design inspired icons.
- Realistic UI - Teams performed together and created real user interface inspired by paper and ink.
- Typo in the Bar - Designers went together as a team and crafted typo styled artworks.
- The Design Talk - More than 10 designers had a talk on hot topics of the current design patterns.
- Show your Swag - Each and every designer came up and shared his/hers work with other designers from the local community.
- Analog Playoff - Real Dribbble with real likes was participated by all designers and it had the winner at the end.
- Draw with a Blaze - A group activity where everybody sketched 20 words rapidly and then the sketch pads were shuffled and other designers checked and marked them and it had 2 ultimate winners.
- The Quiz - Quick rapid fire questions were asked to the designers which related to the design industry.
Once, We were over with all the activities, seven Prospects were invited to Dribbble as Players, which made the design crowd cheer even more. It was an ecstatic day with the designers from the local community. Overall, It was an amazing experience for both the designers from Webkul and the designers from the local community.”
Amarillo, TX @ IDK Sports Bar
“We had an amazing time at our Amarillo Dribbble Meetup, we had an attendance of nine people, we were able to introduce ourselves to creatives from our city that otherwise we probably wouldn’t ever have, it was definitely a great experience, we even scheduled another Meetup and invited more people for March 31st.”
