Happy Halloween everyone! This Mocktober, my lovely wife @jessica_cook and I decided to tackle a different type of Mocktober and mock up a friendly, children’s Halloween book. It’s always such a spooky day, why not lighten the mood?

Meet Patch the cat and Puddles the duck, who go on an exciting Halloween adventure and learn about friendship, kindness, character and broomsticks.

Jess: “I’ve always wanted to write and illustrate a children’s book, so when inspiration struck like lighting, I knew I had to do it. With my 0% coding skills, I’d be screwed trying anything other than design. But, whose to say Mocktober can’t be a real book?”
