Photo Tools :hover Animation

Expanding a little bit with this hover effect and tool option for images. Obviously this is a rough and choppy Photoshop gif, but I wanted to give everyone an idea of a potential interaction.

I've got some cool interactions to build on with these elements and have been wanting to learn Quartz Composer for prototyping. Got a fun weekend ahead ;)
