Smart home app concept

This is an old design I did for my daily UI challenge the idea is to have easy and fast access to all your smart home devices.
The idea, in general, is to operate in a similar manner of how the ihome app works in the action menu on iOS, like when you long press a house space it brings on a "modal" to adjust the settings of each house space or even individual lights.

What do you think about this app, would you use it?
Is there anything you would change?
