About this project

SnapScan, a South African mobile payment leader since 2013, offers a seamless way to transact without cash or cards. With over 1 million app downloads and 60,000+ merchant partners, SnapScan sought to optimize the merchant acquisition process and improve user experience.Working closely with SnapScan, we crafted a streamlined marketing, sign-up, onboarding, and dashboard flow, reducing drop-off rates and boosting conversions. Our strategy tailored user journeys for different merchant types, simplified processes, and provided ongoing support. We revamped the onboarding process to be quick and intuitive, while the merchant dashboard gained powerful features for comprehensive business management. Our efforts have made SnapScan even more user-friendly, ensuring its continued success in the mobile payment landscape.
