I can finally share this project which has been on the air for a year! 🎉
I'm so happy to be able to show it and hear your opinions. 💭
📒 Here's the context:
The system of notaries in a Civil Framework is complex and delicate, while in countries like England or the United States there is a Common Legal Framework where the document legalization system is part of a mutual agreement between two people, in countries as Europe and Latin America, fast and reliable execution of contracts requires a notarization with meticulous processes between many actors with the interference of a notary to be valid.
👩: if you do not have a notarial signature it is difficult to be believed or you can negotiate
📍Now, the important part
With the new Virtual Notary of Ecosystems we had a big challenge, how to create a product that transforms a physical process that requires identity validation and the interoperability of various actors (individuals, companies and government) into a signing and custody of agreements in a digital process where frictions and management time decrease generating value for users represented in the reduction of time and costs.
