Since 2014, Uniphore has been producing speech recognition software, accommodating both English and European languages.

Their latest product, “Q”, seeks to marry speech recognition with cutting edge computer vision. With an impressive tech stack built, Uniphore reached out to Neuron for expertise in product strategy and UX/UI design.

The Q platform empowers enterprise sellers by monitoring and quantifying their emotional intelligence in order to improve customer close rates. We leveraged our extensive experience designing B2B software to create intuitive dashboards, a robust video player, and even a companion mobile app. Overall, we improved the visual look and feel by creating an extensible design system for the creation of future features.
