#11 - OBSERVE YOUR BREATH WHILE WORKING

Go on with what you're doing and check for how long can observe your breath and whether you can notice when you are unconscious or following a habit. Each time of observation, your awareness consciousness will be upgraded to a new level. Focusing on the breath prevents your mind from wandering and helps to save your energy. It's like the battery-saving mode in your phone. Then your work be done more efficiently, in less time, with less energy.
