#10 - 30 MINUTES OF MEDITATION A DAY
Practice medication for at least 30 minutes a day. Unlike Yoga or Gym, in which you could practice couples of time a week, meditation should be done regularly everyday. Let's take time for meditation for 30 minutes without neither hesitation nor allegation. Meditation works like medicine, which brings benefits for physical and mental problems. Meditation could help to release our inner emotional blockages. Meditation also helps us to get rid of stress, depression and brings Freedom and Celebration to life. At the same time, our patience and true self- love will be improved.
