I am Shanaws Mahamud, a product designer with a strong UI/UX background derived from solid academic bases—Business Administration from National University Bangladesh and specialized expertise in User Experience Principles and Processes at the University of Michigan. Feels like the last 7 years have been a journey deeply passionate about crafting—this time, not just crafting the visual appeal but diving deep into the depth of functionality and user-centric digital solutions.
Most recently, at the core of my career, was GoWalk Inc., an iOS app development firm based out of Cupertino, where I spearheaded initiatives focusing on user experience enhancements in light of a global audience. Here, I led the end-to-end redesign of our flagship app, which realized milestones of a 40% reduction in bounce rate and 15% more lead generation within it.
