We begin with a discovery workshop to deeply understand your business

After onboarding, you can immediately start submitting design requests

Task Submission:
Access your dedicated dashboard to submit design requests
We start working on your tasks as soon as possible (usually same day)
Expect deliverables within 2-3 business days (it depends on complexity of task, however we always add a ETA of task)
We iterate until you’re fully satisfied with the results 🫡
Each completed request brings you closer to product growth, Our process is faster and more efficient than traditional agencies. We’re committed to your satisfaction and success. Please note that task submissions are sequential. You must approve the current task before submitting a new one.

We always start a project with a kick off. Usually it takes an hour or so :)
From day one, you have a access to our Slack channel, for daily communication.
We keep you posted - usually every second day you receive a video update on your project.
