Milestone 2 — Week 2: Active Production

Active production across scoped projects per chosen direction. Briefs for additional projects rolled in as needed. Weekly progress update via Dribbble messaging.
Milestone 3 — Week 3: Active Production
$6,250 · 21 days
Continued production across scoped projects. Weekly progress update. Revisions per agency feedback. Approaching deliverable preparation.
Milestone 4 — Week 4: Wrap & Handoff
$6,250 · 28 days
Final deliverables completed for all projects in the month. Handoff packages prepared under agency brand. End-of-month report summarizing what was delivered. Retainer auto-renews unless 30-day notice given.
Total: $25,000/month, renewable month-to-month.

How we work on retainer:
Week 1 of each month — quick scope agreement. Agency tells us the month's project list (e.g., "5 sites × 10 pages each", or 50 separate landings, or any mix).
We collect Discovery briefs, present 2 distinct design concepts for the primary brand direction, agency picks the direction, and we start producing the same week — no waiting around.
All 4 weeks — active production with weekly progress reports via Dribbble messaging.
Stack preferences locked at retainer start, adjustable quarterly.
