I’m Roger, a Senior Product Designer in UX with over 25 years of experience. For me, the true art lies in simplicity: turning complexity into clarity and creating solutions that genuinely inspire people.

Currently, I work as Head of User Interface Design at Swisscom B2B. My focus is on design systems and exploring how AI can enrich the field of UX. As Lead Designer, I strive to bring out the best in my team, foster design challenges, and support them in growing and becoming better every day.

I’m also deeply committed to developing young talent. I mentor apprentices in Interactive Media Design and Mediamatics, and as an exam expert I not only assess final exams but also guide learners along their journey.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in my family and our three children. In my free time, I capture the beauty of nature through photography and film – authentic moments that reflect the same essence as great design.
