Biography
I definitely feel best in the role of UX designer. UX research, workshops, user interviews are very important for me in the design process.
I am also very interested in creating/leading a project team. I have been leading a 100% remote team since the beginning of 2022. During my work as a leader, I optimized processes by creating, among other things, a project process and responsibilities for each position. As a leader, I focused on creating a team based on shared values and culture and implementing changes based on current management knowledge.
I am interested in the area of DesignOps – which gives me great satisfaction in optimizing the work of the entire team. I am also eager to get involved in optimizations that go beyond my team and affect the company as a whole.
