I would suggest working with anyone but this artist. They ignored us multiple times throughout the project. We had to tell him if we didn’t get a response from him we’d have to ask for a refund. This was the only way he would respond to us. Was arrogant about missing the deadline. Lied about being in a car accident twice. By the time we got the finalized art it was past the deadline. He made it as hard as possible to work with him. His art is good but not worth the 3 weeks of run around it caused us. Luckily, customer service stepped in and made things right in the end. But seriously, work with someone else if you aid a deadline or just want a response without having to give an ultimatum.
