Mariaye Vickery

Hi, I'm Mariaye, a Product Designer dedicated to making products and technology usable, enjoyable, and accessible. I am strongly collaborative and excel in developing well-designed and user-friendly products.

Before venturing into the world of design, I received degrees in Arts Management and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. Following my graduation in 2018, I gained valuable experience working with various arts institutions, where I coordinated exhibitions and events. Simultaneously, I utilized my skills to design websites and marketing content for clients.

My discovery of UI/UX Design presented an exciting opportunity to merge my artistic background with a new and captivating career path. To enhance my knowledge and skills, I completed the Google UX Design Certificate and expanded my expertise in Agile methodologies, lean UX, and project management. Currently, I am enrolled in Dribbble's Product Design course, further augmenting my abilities.
