Most recently at Braintrust, a web3 Talent Marketplace, I led the vision, strategy, research, concept, and design of a new professional network focused on meaningful career help and mentorship for job seekers on Braintrust. The product launched to the public within a year to staggering early metrics. Our WAU count rose 1000%, overall users to 300k+, and a significant increase in user satisfaction with our platform overall. I built the team for this product, while also building and leading the product design for our core product, the jobs marketplace, which also increased GSV to 100mm within my first year.
