12 years designing enterprise products that make complex workflows feel inevitable. I work embedded with product teams across FinTech, banking, AI tools, and B2B SaaS, owning design from the first discovery call to post-launch iteration.
My recent focus is on AI application design. Not using AI to design, but designing how people interact with AI - explainability patterns, trust signals, error states, progressive disclosure. The moment a user decides whether to trust a system or abandon it. That's where I work.
