Alicja Kalemba

Hi! :) my name is Alicja and I'm an aspiring UX/UI Designer. I am people-oriented person with artistic bent so that’s why my professions so far are: musician and early years teacher, as curiosity of the world, caring for people, helping, and bringing them joy are my main attributes. I've worked as preschool group's supervisor gaining experience in fields that I think matter in UX such as: observing and analyzing behaviors, solving problems, conducting presentations, communicating, planning/organizing work by myself - mine and of 20 "tiny humans'" ;). I chose teaching based on my predispositions not being aware of UX profession existing yet, although I felt it’s not my lifetime career path due to not being such in tune with my main professional interests: research, psychology and HCI. Finding UX recently, I realized that it is the perfect path to combine my personality strengths (including Gallup’s: Input, Empathy, Ideation, Positivity, Achiever), experience and interests and I'm excited to grow in this path😄
