Fresh Prints is a New York based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will do $15 million in sales over the next 12 months.

As a team, we will be focused on the next $50 million. You’ll work on the following questions and many more with the other members of our cross-functional Growth team.

As our full-time Graphic Design hire, there will be plenty of room for your vision & as Fresh Prints grows, you will grow as well. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity.

Responsibilities

Own our brand and manage the quality of the designs created by our graphic design team
Experience in video editing and gif animation
Work with our marketing team to design content for all of our campaigns
Develop everything from social media graphics to email graphics to illustrations to video & gif animations
Conceptualize graphics using a campaign’s requirements
Test graphics on various platforms to make sure they’ll perform well
Manage graphic design timelines to ensure timely execution
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics are visually appealing on the brand

Experience Required

3+ years of graphic design experience
3+ years of experience in social graphics, email graphics, and photo graphics
Experience in leading a strong team of graphic designers
Experienced in Design Management
Strong portfolio of graphic designs
Great with Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong Typography skills

Salary & Benefits

Excellent annual salary in USD as per experience - $14,000 - $19,000 per annum

Details

The role is based in Hyderabad and the Philippines (Work from home)
The office in Hyderabad is currently closed due to COVID-19, however, once the office reopens, the team will work from the office
In the Philippines, our team works remotely. Access to a good laptop & a stable internet connection is required
Work timings are 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Indian Standard Time
