Pay Structure: $600-$1600USD per project

Standard Project: 5 page Figma(or alternate program) website design

Regularity: One project every fortnight +

As one of ScaleUp's web designers you will be an integral part of our team with various projects coming your way that our team will look to collaborate with you on. As a core member of the design team, we want you to have creative flair! It's important that you can get behind our clients' visions through the creation of your designs - whether that be through written content, illustration, mixed media or design.

This is a fast paced role - so whilst attention to detail is important - we need someone who will be able to turn projects over quickly and get results fast!

Exceptional Design Skills
UX/UI Design Understanding
3-5 years design industry experience
2-3 years agency experience
A portfolio of current work showing a flair for design
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar programs
Ability to work independently and also part of a team
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Website Optimisation skills
SEO Understanding
Belief in the ability to overcome obstacles - nothing is too hard!

Previous work as a freelancer for agencies

The position is open for two freelancers - we are currently producing a website a week and are looking to expand. Our top designer will receive more websites, ideally one a fortnight, with our second designer receiving jobs semi-regularly.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Conceptualise, design and develop a fluid digital experiences from web and mobile to more advanced UI
Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
Finesse our website projects with SEO, image sourcing, copywriting, animation and more
Contribute to the innovation of systems, processes and the overall feel of our brand
