About the Role
Type: Full-Time | Remote
Hours: Must have a minimum 4-hour overlap with Eastern Time (EST)
Compensation: $15–$30/hr
Works with: Performance Creative Team, eCommerce Team, Retention Team
We're looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who understands that great design isn't just beautiful — it's purposeful. In this role, design is a conversion lever. Your work will live where it matters most: landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ad creative.
You'll collaborate across three teams — working with the performance creative team on static ad assets, the eCommerce team on landing pages and website design, and the retention team on email creative. You'll need to move fluidly between brand-consistent execution and performance-driven iteration, sometimes in the same day.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for layout and hierarchy, understands how UX principles drive conversion, and can produce high-quality work at volume without sacrificing craft.
What You'll Own
Landing Pages & Website
Design conversion-optimized landing pages, PDPs, and funnel pages in close collaboration with the eCommerce team
Apply UX best practices to page layouts — hierarchy, flow, friction reduction, and mobile-first thinking
Translate briefs and wireframes into polished, production-ready designs
Support CRO testing by designing page variants and modular section treatments
Email Creative
Design high-performing email templates for promotional, retention, and post-purchase flows
Work with the retention team to develop modular email systems that can be assembled and iterated quickly
Balance brand aesthetics with inbox-optimized layouts (legibility, CTA clarity, mobile rendering)
Ad Creative & Social
Produce static ad creative for Meta, Pinterest, and other paid channels
Design social content, brand assets, and miscellaneous creative across both brands
Contribute to and maintain brand style guides, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for multi-platform deployment
Requirements
2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a DTC brand or performance-focused agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating landing page design, email creative, and digital ad assets
Proficiency in Figma (required); Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator (required); After Effects a plus
Working knowledge of UX principles as they apply to eCommerce and conversion design
Understanding of email design constraints — mobile rendering, CTA hierarchy, modular layouts
Ability to produce multiple variations and iterations quickly without losing quality
Strong visual instincts for typography, layout, and color — and the ability to articulate design decisions
Comfortable working across multiple brands with distinct visual identities
Receptive to direct, specific feedback and able to incorporate it fast
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar ESP — enough to understand how email designs get built out
Experience designing for A/B testing environments (page variants, modular sections, ad iterations)
Motion or GIF experience for email and ad creative
Exposure to Shopify storefronts or similar eCommerce platforms
An eye for direct response — you understand why above-the-fold layout and CTA placement matter
What to Expect
A team of A players that support each other
Direct, fast feedback — no vague notes, just specific callouts
High creative volume across multiple mediums — this is not a one-project-at-a-time role
Real performance data behind every decision — you'll know what's working and why
Clear ownership across your channels with tight cross-team collaboration
