Forge is a small agency with big ambitions. From Aalsmeer, our tight-knit team builds awesome digital products. We’re now looking for a visual designer who’ll help us keep raising the bar.
Who we’re looking for
A designer who smoothly switches between UX and UI.
You love variety: one day you’re refining a streamlined app, the next you’re crafting a fresh ad campaign or pushing an in-house project. You think along, experiment, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries. Together we ship work that’s both smartly designed and tightly executed.
What you bring
4–6 years of experience as a UX/UI designer (websites and apps as a solid base; experience with online ads is a plus)
Full-time availability (40 hours)
Experience across the full UX process and delivering thoughtful UI (from flows to component libraries)
Fluent in Figma, from wireframes to pixel-perfect designs (experience with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, or Illustrator is a bonus)
Autonomy and initiative, paired with the ability to align when needed
Energy to move both client projects and internal ideas forward
Excellent English, speaking Dutch as well is a pre
