We’re looking for a multi-talented designer who can blend UI/UX expertise with graphic design skills to elevate our online shopping experience and brand presence. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a passion for crafting beautiful, high-converting user experiences.
What You’ll Do
UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly, conversion-optimized designs for our website and mobile experience.
Graphic Design: Produce high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, ads, social media, and promotional materials.
Brand Development: Maintain and evolve our elegant, heritage-inspired design identity.
Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing results to make informed design decisions and hypotheses.
Collaborative Work: Partner with marketing, development, and operations teams to deliver impactful projects.
AI Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Figma AI) to streamline and enhance creative output.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce work, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience using analytics to guide design decisions.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, particularly premium/luxury brands.
Comfort working with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

If Selected, You’ll Move to Steps 3 & 4: 3. Paid Design Test ($50–$100) — Redesign a Whiskey Library product page + matching social graphic, with bonus UX hypotheses. 4. Final Interview — 30–45 minute video call to discuss your design process, communication style, and role fit.
