Reliable Web Designer (HTML/CSS basics)

๐Ÿ“ Job Description:

Hi! My name is Bojan, and I run a small but growing software company. Weโ€™re looking for a reliable and independent designer for multiple ongoing projects.

This is not just a one-time gig โ€” we want someone who can become part of our extended team. We move fast and appreciate clean design, clear communication, and common sense.

๐Ÿ”ง What we need:

  • Modern, clean UI design for web apps and internal tools

  • Experience with designing forms, dashboards, workflows (UX thinking is a big plus)

  • Occasional graphic work (email templates, banners, PDFs)

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or ability to export Figma designs cleanly

  • Responsive layouts and mobile-friendly thinking

  • Bonus if you understand component-based design (e.g. Angular frontend)

๐Ÿ’ฌ How we work:

  • Fast, async communication (Slack or similar)

  • Clear tasks โ€” no micromanagement, just get it done

  • Feedback is direct and honest โ€” and we expect the same from you

  • Most of our products are built with Angular/NestJS stack

๐Ÿ“Ž To apply, please include:

  1. Your hourly rate

  2. At least 2โ€“3 examples of past UI/web projects (Dribbble, Behance, screenshots or links)

  3. If possible: rough price estimate for a basic landing page (Figma + optional HTML)

  4. Availability: how many hours per week can you commit?

๐Ÿง  Bonus points for:

  • Being from the Balkans / CEE region (shared timezone, easier understanding)

  • Able to think about UX, not just visuals

  • Long-term mindset, not just a one-off job

๐Ÿ’ฐ Budget:

We're starting with a small task to see how we work together. If we click, we have multiple projects waiting.

Let me know if you have questions โ€” I reply fast.

Thanks! Bojan
