We’re looking for an exceptional Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to partner closely with the VP of Product Management to define our design vision and lead the execution of Riviera's product design transformation. If you are passionate about bringing consumer product design best practices into enterprise software design and enjoy partnering with a collaborative, customer-obsessed team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver simple, intuitive and innovative customer experiences, we would love to meet you! What you will do
- Design simple, intuitive, and innovative user experience and visual designs
- Define clear and impactful design principals and systems for our product portfolio
- Lead the next evolution of Riviera's product redesign
- Establish a strong, collaborative design practice and partner closely with world-class recruiting partners, our product manager, engineers and data scientists to bring vision into reality

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design in enterprise B2B and consumer apps with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing individual contributors
- Possess an outstanding portfolio, showcasing your skills in interaction and visual design
- A unique ability to communicate with qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and inspire change
- Demonstrable experience in collaborating closely and successfully with product managers, engineers and data scientists to align on strategy and execution to build and ship great product experiences
- Experience and demonstrated success in complex workflow design incorporating information architecture principles
- Experience with designing platforms a plus
