Our Developer Relations team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented designer to join us in delivering exceptional software solutions to our clients.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled UX/Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to help us design user-friendly and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent graphic design skills, and basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience Design:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure user-centered design approaches.
Graphic Design:
Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Create visual assets such as icons, infographics, banners, and illustrations.
Front-end Development Collaboration:
Work closely with developers to implement design solutions using HTML/CSS.
Guide in translating design concepts into functional web pages.
Test and refine designs to ensure responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design iterations and enhancements.
Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
Requirements:
Experience:
2 years of experience in UX and graphic design.
Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and successful outcomes.
Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Figma.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design elements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Can speak and write in English and Chinese
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web design.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Basic understanding of JS and development frameworks
