Minimalistic interactive landing page

We're looking for a landing page developer/designer, someone who is good at stylish minimalism and interactive features.

Right now we need a rather simple landing page that's going to serve as only a teaser for the upcoming project that's getting released in a few months, and if we work together well, there should be a lot more work ahead right afterwards, even full-time as it's a very longterm project.

The main idea is to create a blank/dark page with a flashlight hover effect that reveals hidden messages.

References of past work with fun hover effects greatly appreciated.
