  • Creating scene plans from scripts

  • Developing consulting-type frameworks to teach business concepts

  • Illustrating key scenes

  • Delegating illustration and animation work across our team

  • Leading revision cycles

  • Helping test and discover new visual formats, beyond animated video

Skills required: adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects), google docs/slides, project management

While the company is based in California, you will be working remotely with a global team and reporting directly to the Head of Product.

What we’re looking for

Visual translator: You know how to make written ideas come to life on the screen. You have a visual eye for detail.

Strong values: You care about others, not just yourself, and you see competitiveness as complementary, not a barrier, to showing compassion, kindness, and empathy

Passion for storytelling: You love distilling complexity into simple and satisfying visuals

Intellectual curiosity: You ask insightful questions and like going far down the rabbit hole to explore beyond the obvious

Learner/teacher: Not only do you love learning new things, but you can also explain even the most complex topics in a simple, understandable way.

Entrepreneurial drive: You constantly challenge the status quo, come up with better ways to do things and take extreme ownership of your work. You are highly comfortable with ambiguity.

Growth mindset: You value personal growth and helping others grow by giving and receiving transparent feedback

Everyday excellence: The idea of “good enough” is not good enough for you. You admire great products, pursue quality, strive for excellence in everything you do
