Job Description:

The mission of this role is to support Dr. Squatch’s efforts in maintaining our website and other applications that support our ecosystem including marketing and operations. Responsibilities Include:

• Design webpages, landing pages, and other website features and menus
• Create email designs for weekly newsletters and flows
• Assist with design on social media and advertising content
• Identify key areas for improvement on website design, especially around mobile usability
• Stay on top of latest design and usability trends, especially around mobile devices
• Work alongside other teams to improve website conversion efficiency through design

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of web design experience
• Expert in relevant technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• Understanding of User Experience design is a strongly preferred
• Experience with mobile design
• Illustration capability is a plus
• Basic front-end development skills a plus (HTML, CSS)
• Understanding or ability to learn conversion rate principles and thinking and apply to design

Compensation:

• 45-55K Base Salary
