Here's the dream: At Talkinto, our designers all do HTML, CSS, and frequently the first-pass implementations of the necessary JavaScript as well!

Yes, we realize that finding a world class designer, who is also a master of the web's foundational building blocks is about as rare as finding all of your socks after a load of laundry. But it's something that we feel is worth the effort.

We aren't really looking for "web designers" or a "product designers". Just Designers. We are looking for someone who can do it all. Because why not.

Actually, we're looking to hire a few designers that meet the above description. Although we currently have little to show to back this up currently, in our core, we know that our company is meant to be a design first company.
