Graphic / Visual designer
Adobe is creating the world’s most unique and diverse marketplace for licensable content. We are looking for a highly creative Graphic/Visual Designer to join our “in-house” Design and Creative Services team. This is a remote or hybrid (in the US), long-term contract role. You will create visual solutions spanning different mediums for our internal clients including Product marketing, Artist Marketing, and Enterprise. You will report into the Design & Creative Services Manager in Berlin, collaborating closely with the Creative, Content & Marketing teams (US-based).
What you'll do:
Conceptualize and execute (from beginning to end) engaging design proposals for diverse projects including email marketing, landing pages, presentations, social elements, and more, following the brand-style guide. Collaborate with the Design & Creative Services team in the conceptual development of ideas and their implementation. Proactively contribute and enhance our evolving processes and guidelines. Keep abreast of new design trends, creative apps, and emerging UI patterns. Maintain an ongoing collaboration with different internal teams.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role
- Strong background in graphic design, brand design, UI/UX or art direction
- Solid creative ideas across digital and social
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Apps (Ai, Ps, Id, Xd, Ae, Pr)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
- Exceptional typography, composition, and layout sensibility
- Strong understanding of UX and design systems
- A passion for content and storytelling, and an eye for details
Other qualifications:
- A blend of creative, strategic, and technical production skills
- Able to think quickly and implement independently and collaboratively
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong awareness of visual and design trends
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of the Stock industry is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics & 3D is also a plus
