We’re looking to hire a Senior Communications Designer with strong branding and leadership skills to help distill the essence of Prodigy’s personality into visual communications that connect with people. You Will:

  • Help set vision and goals for our newly-formed branding teamMaintain a high bar for quality design work
  • Work closely with stakeholders from all corners of the company on initial concepts through to execution
  • Engage in user research to ensure that your designs are addressing important user pain points
  • Work to build a strong brand that effectively communications our vision and mission to people around the world
  • Incorporate and contribute to our design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across the entire company and beyond

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working with and mentoring design talent across several design disciplines like illustration, animation, web design, etc
  • The desire to drive creative decisions through a user-centered design process, including research, ideation, iteration, and validation
  • Experience using data/analytics to measure the impact of your work in the context of the total business strategy
  • A soft spot for the end user—advocating for them in all areas of your work is core to what you do
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
  • Experience driving change in large organizations
  • A strong portfolio showcasing shipped projects and case studies
