Strategic Designer

As a Senior Strategic Designer, you will:

  • Support product management in deciding on the strategic direction of the products and services of the venture
  • Assess user feedback and conduct concept testing to iteratively improve the ventures offering
  • Independent processing of difficult and complex design challenges
  • Elaboration of design research and -strategy approaches
  • Execution of usability tests and documentation of insights to let them flow back into product & processes
  • Provision of input to product definition (e.g. for MVP)

As a Strategic Designer, you will need:

  • Roles in startup, large digital companies or in an agency. Ideally including experience as founder
  • Proven ability to succeed in various project tasks in postgradual roles
  • A master’s degree (design, psychology, social sciences, or equivalent from a toptier institution)
  • Significant experience with ethnographic research (quantitative and qualitative), divergent exploration, conceptual development, and industrial design •
