As Lead Designer, you will…
- Set and execute the design vision for Streamily, including our brand identity, website, socials, emails, and celebrity promotional graphics
- Manage and develop junior designer(s)
- Prioritize high-profile projects for large, livestreamed events
- Identify, analyze, and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and design capabilities
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design for talent, as well as within established brand identity
Oh, and a little about YOU...
- You obsessed with gaming or pop culture, or music or livestreaming
- You notice details. And you looooove them
- You are self-motivated, and you get it done on time and help the team do the same
- You're open to notes and feedback, and can apply it effectively
- You're an expert on layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and other design
- You're a master of "tools of the trade" such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Cinema4d, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, After Effects, Maya, Illustrator
- You've been at it for 7+ years, with a sexy portfolio to prove it
