Senior UI/IX Designer (Web projects)

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer in the Marketing department. The main task is to redesign 6 company sites (product sites, M&A community, and career site). Сreate a tone of voice for brands, work with the enterprise target audience. Great emphasis on a / b tests, research, and data-driven approach. Focus on quality over speed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Redesign and continually improve UI and UX of iDeals websites.
- Closely cooperate with inner clients from the marketing, sales, talent acquisition, and product teams.
- Creating prototyping (UX) and UI mockups for web pages in Figma. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
- Presenting own ideas and design approaches: create design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps.
- Creating design systems (guidelines, templates, libraries of styles, etc.). Support products with additional graphic materials.
- Creating technical tasks for the dev team. Creating task-templates. Building complex design processes.
- Researching and analyzing new design approaches. Establishing creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications.
- Creating product marketing assets (Ads, banners, infographics, icons, visuals).
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 8+ years experience in full web portals design of customer-facing companies;
- Experience in designing for enterprise or business target audience;
- Experience in marketing design, and branding;
- Deep expertise in UI, UX;
- Experience in designing, creating, and optimizing design systems and style guides;
- Excellent knowledge of Figma;
- Proven experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop or Lightroom, Illustrator);
- Experience working closely with developers; Understanding HTML, CSS, Javascript principles;
- English B1;
- Excellent portfolio of web design works;
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in designing for B2В and SaaS verticals;
- After Effects;
