Motion Designer for a 10s Intro

I'm looking for a freelance motion designer to build a 10-sec intro for our gaming platform based on our brand, logo, and content theme. We are specifically looking for a designer who can do illustration, hand draw style motion graphics, similar to YouTube Kids opener.
