Graphic design and clothing mockups

I'm looking for someone to help me produce the graphic designs that are in my head. I think I have a pretty good idea of what I want, and I can give specific guidance rather than ambiguous requests. For the time being, I'm going to use the designs on some clothing - just a small run for some friends with similar interests, but it's really just a personal project and not yet a business. Some of the designs are very simple, and some are a little more intricate, I don't think any of them are particularly complicated but I'm not an expert on this.

Once the designs are done, I would like to produce mockups of what they would look like on different types of clothing, and in this particular case what they would look like on a cycling jersey.

As far as volume of work, I'm thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-8 different designs. I'd like to start with the designs as separate units of work, 1 job per design, and then have the mockups be a separate unit of work for all of the designs completed.
