Visual map-illustrating an experience

We are looking for an Illustrator who can take our customer's insights about a specific interaction with our company and draw an illustration that "shows" the experience of what customers do, their points, and who they interact with, etc on one page.

The purpose of the illustration is to bring customer experience to life for various stakeholders in the company.
