Hi, Frank here. I'm a Product Designer with a background in Visual Design and an IBM-certified Design Thinking Practitioner specializing in digital experiences for web, mobile, and everything in between.
Let's face it. Making sense of today's users' and consumers' behaviors is freakin' hard. This is why I took the hard path and spent several hours studying the design process and creative strategy of some of the world's innovative and design-driven teams such as IBM to unlock behavioral patterns that drive products users love.
I take pride in doing meaningful work and enjoy working with clients and teams who values creative freedom and constantly seek to improve their users' time-result metric to achieve business goals.
