Hi my name is Filip. I am a UX designer who has 11 years of experience in the UI/UX design field and 6 years of experience in leadership in UI/UX. I like to think as an entrepreneur and a strategist. I like to think of myself as a team player and I am aware that no matter how much does one person work he/she can not achieve the same results as the work done by a lot more people in the same team. A team that has similar career goals and similar ways of thinking. That is why I really like to give my knowledge and experience in the UX field to other people. To create an environment that is more efficient, forward-thinking, and motivating. I think of myself as a proactive person, who likes to start new initiatives and is not afraid to ask the questions why? and how? As a person with a lot of spirit, I think of myself as an advocate of both the user and the client.
