Hello I'm Dan, an illustrator with a passion for visual storytelling, who specialises in creating work that conveys complex ideas simply and with humour.
After completing a degree in fine art I worked for over a decade as a graphic designer in high-pressure commercial environments. Since 2013 I have been running a freelance illustration practice with clients that include: The Royal Society of Chemistry, National Geographic, Siemens & BBC Science Focus Magazine.
I specialise in creating colourful engaging artworks that carefully straddle the line between realism and cartoon.
