As an established leader with over 15 years of experience, I build and oversee diverse, inclusive, self-driven teams and nurture growth-focused design practices. I’ve collaborated with a wide range of clients, leading design teams to create insight led, human-centered experiences that ensure both business and user needs are met.

Compassion and emotional intelligence are my superpowers, and I approach both design and leadership with a focus on people, establishing empathy for the people who make and use the products and services I help bring to life. My UX practice combines creative storytelling, design thinking, research, and experience strategy to craft products that spark joy, inspire, and empower others to live their best lives.
